MAUTAU.COM Program
Mautau.com is an online VCT program designed to press the impact of the stigma attached to HIV / AIDS and to support the government programs to sustain the HIV-AIDS epidemic by allowing the client to check his HIV status without having to reveal his identity. Through this system, counseling after the HIV test (known as VCT - Voluntary Counseling and Testing) can be done through an online chat with counselors who have earned certification from the Department of Health.
As we all know, with the current development, no one is now safe from HIV / AIDS. This incurable disease that not only threatens the groups referred to having a “risky” behaviour but all of us. So it would be better if each and everyone of us know about our own HIV status and our partner, that way we would be participating in the prevention and alleviation of HIV / AIDS in Indonesia, with hope that no “explosion” will be happen in the future.
